I reformated the FRE so you can now take them anywere... I thought it might be nice to offer this to everyone who wants it. So you can now download it here.
You can place it on any PocketPC running Window Mobile. You can also place it on any other type of computer that can read HTML. So if you have any type of web browser (ex. Internet Explorer) you can use these files.
It is easy to navigate and when a rule points you to another rule you can easily jump to that rule by clicking on it.
You do NOT have to be on the Internet to access your local copy of the FRE. Just download the file above and place the decompressed files anywhere on your hard drive. Then use your Internet browser to open the file labeled INDEX and then go ahead and bookmark that file. Whenever you want to go your FRE just open your Internet browser and click on the bookmark.
